Our first August project of this kind. In collaboration with Reesco Sp. z o.o and Echo Investment S.A., we had the opportunity to undertake a rather unusual task for us. It involved the residential block investment at Rychtalska Street in Wrocław, completed in 2019. The cleaning company responsible for maintaining the cleanliness inside the building inadvertently used incorrect cleaning agents due to human error and lack of knowledge among the staff. These agents caused complete damage to the surfaces of all staircases where they were used (approximately 8 staircases, spanning from the 4th to the 8th floor each). As a consequence of the damage caused, a thorough renovation of the staircase surfaces had to be conducted anew… So far, this has been our largest project completed in such a short time frame. Thanks to the dedication of the entire team, we managed to finish the work ahead of schedule! We are very pleased with the final outcome.
